What is this?
Turn your CAM setups into a work report PDF for the shop floor.
Sirokuma Work Report is an Autodesk Fusion add-in for the Manufacture workspace. It makes one page per setup (or per folder inside a setup), with a table of tools, work offsets and cutting data, and a picture of the in-process stock after the page’s last operation.
Who this is for
Anyone who copies tools, offsets and cutting data onto paper for every job, and anyone who wants to see the in-process shape before going to the machine.
How to use
- Generate the toolpaths of the setups you want in the report (the add-in only reads the in-process stock Fusion writes)
- In the Manufacture workspace, on the Milling tab, press “Create Work Report” in the Actions panel
- All setups and their folders are listed. Tick the rows you want and press [OK]
- The first time, choose an output folder. A PDF (and HTML if selected) is written
Features
- One page per setup or folder
- A picture of the in-process stock after the page’s last operation (optionally overlaid with the shape before it)
- Operation table: No., operation, work offset and B angle, tool, deepest Z (from the NC), Ap (Q for pecks, P for ramps), Ae, spindle speed, feed
- Suppressed operations are struck through; operations in folders are marked (F)
- Horizontal machining: B-axis angle (sign / opposite direction); Okuma G15H output
- Your own title, company name and logo; body, stock and background colors
- Stops before making the report if a toolpath is out of date, not generated yet, or Fusion is still writing the in-process stock

- Nothing else to install (the libraries it uses are included)

- Download the add-in, install it in Fusion, and enter your license key the first time

Please read all of items 1–16 below. On the screen after “Go to the final check”, you check items 1–16 again and tick the box; you cannot proceed to payment without it.
- This is a Fusion add-in that, in the Autodesk Fusion Manufacture workspace, makes a work report (PDF / HTML) from milling setups, with the tool list, work offsets, cutting parameters and a picture of the in-process stock on each page. I understand that turning and simultaneous rotary motion (4-axis wrap) are not supported.
- I understand that the in-process stock is drawn from what Fusion computed when the toolpaths were generated, is only a guide and is not exact (it is not meant to be measured), and that the add-in stops without making anything if an operation’s toolpath is out of date or missing.
- I will always check the contents of the work report (tools, work offsets, cutting parameters and shapes) myself before using them for machining, setup, quotes or anything else, and I agree not to use them without checking.
- I understand that I need Windows and Autodesk Fusion separately, and that I will provide my own Fusion subscription at my own cost.
- I understand that changes to Fusion or Windows, or outages or discontinuation of those services, may cause this product to stop working or behave differently, and that the seller cannot prevent this.
- One license key works on one PC only. It may stop working if I replace or repair my PC or reinstall Windows.
- I will not transfer, lend, share or distribute the license key or the downloaded files. I will not modify, analyze or redistribute the contents.
- There is no warranty. I understand that fixes, updates and answers to inquiries are not promised (when a fix is ready, we may tell you inside the Product when it starts). I understand that bug reports must be sent through the contact form with the license key and a description of the problem, that a Fusion file (.f3d) that reproduces the problem must then be attached to a reply to our email, and that reports without both the license key and the .f3d file cannot be accepted.
- I understand that a monthly or yearly plan renews automatically until I cancel, and that the same amount is paid through PayPal each time. If the price changes, you will tell me by email in advance.
- I will cancel by myself from “Automatic payments” in my PayPal account. I understand that after cancelling I can keep using the Product until the end of the period I have paid for.
- While payments continue, the Product checks my license over the internet and automatically extends the date until which it can be used. I understand that if I cancel, if a payment fails, or if my PC stays offline for a long time, the Product stops working after that date.
- Because this is a digital product, no returns, refunds or cancellations are accepted for periods already paid. I agree that this also applies if “it was not what I expected” or “I no longer use it”.
- I agree that, except in cases of intent or gross negligence, the seller’s liability is limited to the amount I paid.
- I am 18 or older (or, if I am under 18, I have the consent of a parent or guardian).
- I have read and understood everything on the product page and on this screen, including the terms of sale, and I agree to it before buying.
- I request that my license key and download be provided immediately after my first payment, and I acknowledge that, where a statutory right of withdrawal applies (for example, the 14-day right in the EU), I lose that right once delivery has begun.
