The seller of the products sold or distributed on this website (sirokuma3.com), including Sirokuma Model 4 (each a “Product”) (“we”), handles your personal information as follows.
1. Information we receive
- The email address, company name and job title entered on the final check page before payment, the product and plan you chose (monthly or yearly), your consent (the ticked box) and the date and time of submission
- The email address, company name and job title entered on the free license application page, the free trial application page or the reservation page, the product you chose, your consent (the ticked box) and the date and time of submission
- Information from PayPal about your payment (such as your name, email address, amount paid, transaction ID, and the ID and status of a recurring payment)
- Information sent when the Product is first launched and later when it checks your license, renews its expiry date or checks for updates (your license key, the Product’s version and a value that identifies your PC; this value is converted into a form that cannot be reversed and does not include your PC’s contents or files)
- Anything you tell us when you contact us (your name, company name, job title, postal code, address, telephone number, email address and inquiry)
2. How we use it
- To confirm your order and send your license key and download instructions
- To check that license keys are used correctly (to tie one license key to one PC)
- To check that a recurring payment (monthly or yearly) is still active and to renew your license’s expiry date
- To tell you about fixes and updates (by email to customers who bought the Product or applied for a free license key, and inside the Product)
- To send free license keys and manage them (one license key for one PC)
- To send free trial license keys and manage free trials (one per email address and one per PC)
- To send reservation keys, notify everyone with a reservation when a seat opens up, manage reservations (one per email address) and count reservations. If you cancel your reservation, we stop sending notices
- To count how many people use the Products, and whether users of free license keys or free trials later buy a paid product (to review our products and how we sell them)
- To keep a record of your consent and to answer your inquiries
- To comply with the law
3. External services
We use the following services to sell and distribute the Products, and your information is handled within each company’s systems.
- Payment (recurring payments): PayPal (we never receive your card number or other payment details)
- This website and its forms: WordPress.com (Automattic)
- Email, license management, the final check page and the free license, free trial and reservation pages: Google (Gmail, Google Sheets and Google Apps Script)
4. Disclosure to third parties
We do not provide your information to third parties without your consent, except where required by law.
5. Your drawings
The drawings (PDF) you load into Sirokuma Model 4 and their contents are sent to and processed by your own Claude (Anthropic). We never receive your drawings.
6. Storage and security
We keep your information only as long as needed for the purposes above and manage it so that it is not leaked or lost.
7. Requests and contact
To request access to, correction, deletion or suspension of use of your information, or to ask about this policy, please contact us below. We will provide our name, address and representative’s name by email without delay upon request.
