What is this?
Deburr the BACK side of through holes – without touching the wall.
Sirokuma Trace adds a back-deburring (back-chamfering) toolpath to Autodesk Fusion. The tool enters and exits through the HOLE CENTER, so a back-deburring tool whose head is nearly as large as the hole never collides with the wall on the way in or out. This is the lead-in that the standard Trace strategy does not offer.
The generated path: plunge at the hole center, move sideways, helical ramp, roughing pass with stock to leave, finishing pass, then return to the center and retract.
Who this is for
People who deburr the back rim of through holes with a form mill (back-chamfer cutter) or a lollipop mill, and whose tool hits the hole wall on the way in or out with the standard Trace.
How to use
- In the Manufacture workspace, open the 2D menu of your milling setup and click “Sirokuma Trace”
- The real standard Trace dialog opens. Select the back rim edges of the holes, the tool, feeds and heights as usual, then press OK (the add-in never changes spindle speed or feeds)
- In the Sirokuma dialog, review the dedicated settings (shank diameter, wall clearance, stock to leave, axial offsets, ramp) and press OK – the toolpath is generated
- To edit later, double-click the operation in the browser tree (the same two dialogs open with your values)
Features
- Center entry / center exit: no wall contact during lead-in/out

- Follows wavy rims: when the hole breaks into a cross bore, the rim is a 3D curve – the path follows its Z undulation
- Mobius compensation: keeps the chamfer width uniform along the wavy rim

- Spindle/feed pairs (rpm <-> surface speed, feed <-> feed per tooth) stay linked in the dialog
- Front/back side is detected automatically from the selected edge; works with tilted setups (Z axis not vertical)
- The standard part stays 100% standard: tool, feeds and heights are edited in the normal Trace dialog, and the operation regenerates like any other

- I understand that this product is a Fusion add-in that creates, in the Autodesk Fusion Manufacture workspace, a toolpath that deburrs (back-chamfers) the back rim of through holes, with the tool entering and exiting through the hole center.
- I understand that the supported tools are form mills (such as back-chamfer cutters) and lollipop mills, and that a milling setup in the Manufacture workspace is required.
- I will always check the generated toolpath myself, for example with the Fusion simulation, before using it on a machine. I agree not to use it for machining without checking.
- I understand that I need Windows and Autodesk Fusion separately, and that I will provide my own Fusion subscription at my own cost.
- I understand that changes to Fusion or Windows, or outages or discontinuation of those services, may cause this product to stop working or behave differently, and that the seller cannot prevent this.
- One license key works on one PC only. It may stop working if I replace or repair my PC or reinstall Windows.
- I will not transfer, lend, share or distribute the license key or the downloaded files. I will not modify, analyze or redistribute the contents.
- There is no warranty. I understand that fixes, updates and answers to inquiries are not promised (when a fix is ready, we may tell you inside the Product when it starts). I understand that bug reports must be sent through the contact form with the license key and a description of the problem, that a Fusion file (.f3d) that reproduces the problem must then be attached to a reply to our email, and that reports without both the license key and the .f3d file cannot be accepted.
- I understand that a monthly or yearly plan renews automatically until I cancel, and that the same amount is paid through PayPal each time. If the price changes, you will tell me by email in advance.
- I will cancel by myself from “Automatic payments” in my PayPal account. I understand that after cancelling I can keep using the Product until the end of the period I have paid for.
- While payments continue, the Product checks my license over the internet and automatically extends the date until which it can be used. I understand that if I cancel, if a payment fails, or if my PC stays offline for a long time, the Product stops working after that date.
- Because this is a digital product, no returns, refunds or cancellations are accepted for periods already paid. I agree that this also applies if “it was not what I expected” or “I no longer use it”.
- I agree that, except in cases of intent or gross negligence, the seller’s liability is limited to the amount I paid.
- I am 18 or older (or, if I am under 18, I have the consent of a parent or guardian).
