These terms apply to all products sold or distributed on this website. The price and requirements of each product are on its product page.
- Seller’s name, address, telephone number and person in charge: provided by email without delay upon request (please use the contact form)
- Contact: contact form
- Price: shown on each product page (in US dollars, tax included). Paid products are sold only as subscriptions (monthly or yearly; Sirokuma Model 4 also has a daily plan); there is no one-time purchase. Some products are free
- Quantity: Sirokuma Model 4 is limited to 10 subscribers in total, daily, monthly and yearly combined (more seats may be added if it is well received; when all seats are taken you can reserve, and openings go to reservations first come, first served). Other products have no limit
- Free trial: some paid products have a free trial with no PayPal needed (the number of days is shown on each product page). When the trial ends, the add-in stops automatically and never switches to a paid plan by itself
- Other costs: internet charges and fees for other companies’ services required by each product (for example, Claude and Autodesk Fusion; see each product page)
- Payment method: PayPal (recurring payment). On PayPal (receipts and automatic payments), charges appear under our operating company, 株式会社 山田鉄工所 (Yamada Tekkosho Co., Ltd.)
- Payment timing: the first payment when you subscribe, then automatically through PayPal every day (daily plan), every month (monthly plan) or every year (yearly plan). When you change plans, the first payment of the new plan is taken at the end of the period you have already paid for. Free products involve no payment
- Delivery: for paid products, after we confirm your first payment, we email your license key and download instructions. For free products, we email your license key and download instructions after you apply
- Ordering period: none
- Returns and refunds: not accepted for periods already paid, as these are digital products
- Cancelling a daily, monthly or yearly plan: you can stop it at any time from “Automatic payments” in your PayPal account. If you stop it before the next payment date, no further payment is taken. After cancelling, you can keep using the product until the end of the period you have paid for
- Requirements: shown on each product page
- Limitation of liability: except in cases of intent or gross negligence, limited to the amount paid for paid products, and to the extent permitted by law for free products
